Our ‘Flagship’ program is designed to elevate your physical performance, blending strength and conditioning to help you reach new levels. It is catered to everyone willing to put themselves out there and put the hard work in. It has a strong focus on foundational movements, and options to progress with skill and foundational olympic lifting. Expect to be challenged, and see your efforts rewarded!
